This Refund Policy represents how You can cancel a subscription, refund Your money if You have purchased a subscription through the Website, and provide Us with the proof as described below.

You have requested a refund during the same 30 (thirty) calendar day from the Purchase date (where the Purchase date shall be understood as the date of validation of your payment by our servers for a one-time payment or as the date of validation of your last subscription payment by our servers) and, as a result, your use of the Purchase is rendered impossible.
We will decide your eligibility for the refund in sole and absolute discretion.

To make a decision about Your refund request after installation of the App, We may ask You to provide the following information:

the steps You are taking when this issue appears;
a screen video or screenshots that would illustrate the issue;
any additional information that would help Us identify the problem if the details You have already provided are insufficient to identify the issue you're experiencing. the evidence of forwarding a refund request within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the Purchase date.

If You need to request a refund before installing the App and receiving content, You must install the App and log in to Your account, then send Us a screenshot of the homepage of our App for additional evidence.

The technical issues may include material crashes, failure to launch, non-clickability of buttons, and other issues, which render Your use of the Purchase impossible.

All refunds will be calculated according to the actual Purchase price paid at the time of Purchase.

If you are mistakenly sent a different product than what you ordered on the Website, as an option, we may replace the product at a discounted price.

We are not liable for any refund due to defect/dysfunction on your Device, including but not limited to inability to install and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

ANY FEATURES OF THE SERVICE (SUBSCRIPTIONS, ADD-ON ITEMS) PURCHASED VIA AN APPLICATION STORE ARE SUBJECT TO SUCH APPLICATION STORE'S REFUND POLICIES. THUS, YOU HAVE TO CONTACT AN APPLICATION STORE’S SUPPORT TO REQUEST A REFUND.

BY STARTING DOWNLOADING THE PURCHASE, YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU.
